PRESTO is a mobile app that helps commuters pay for transit. I redesigned the experience to let riders quickly purchase a fare if they forget to tap on, helping prevent accidental fare evasion. I explored commuter pain points and designed a simple, time-sensitive ticketing flow for missed taps.
